Originally from Northern Ireland, I am a complementary therapist based in Royston, Herts offering Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Foot reading, Massage (remedial and holistic) Hypno-zone therapy and Reiki.

I initially trained and qualified at Oaklands College in 2004 followed by the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine and the  London School of Reflexology and continue to update my skills periodically with inspirational tutors from all over the globe. I am passionate about reflexology.

When not in the treatment room you're most likely to find me across a field or beach somewhere chasing my 2 dogs!

I am a full member of both the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), insured by the Alan Boswell Group and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Functional Reflex Therapy

Hypnozone Therapy

We start with a relaxing, re- balancing Reflexology session with visualisation techniques and Hypnotherapy, enabling you to feel much more in control of the session and, therefore, much more relaxed and open to positive suggestions. There are many, many visual clues in the appearance of the feet as to where the stress is manifesting within the body. By reading these clues and adjusting each session to address the issues presented, I can help to not only re-balance the body and induce homeostasis but address and adjust detrimental thought processes at the same time.
