"By applying gentle but firm pressure using the thumbs and fingers on the reflex areas of each foot, the therapist can induce a state of deep relaxation and trigger the body's self healing ability"

I've lost count of how many people say "I've got awful feet" I can assure you first of all that you haven't and secondly I've seen all sorts of feet from all walks of life so there really isn't anything to worry about!

When you first arrive we'll have a good chat so by the time the socks come off you'll be at your ease.

It doesn't tickle - it's more a feeling of gentle pressure. Some of you will enjoy chatting throughout the treatment, most of you prefer to zone out and enjoy the total zen (I have developed a deaf ear for snoring over the years).

I have found after treatment my clients feel deeply rejuvenated and peaceful to say the least. Most of them sleep extremely well the evening after the treatment and many for many days after that. You need to take care of you too!

If you'd like a foot reading after the treatment please just let me know...it’s all about analysing the structure, texture and imbalances of the feet to understand your emotions and personality. It’s fascinating!

Please note I am a complementary therapist - this means I complement what your GP advises. Reflexology should not be used as a diagnostic tool nor used as an alternative to seeking medical advice.

Reflexology Can:

  • Stimulate relaxation
  • Improve your mood
  • Aid lymphatic drainage
  • Boost metabolism and energy levels
  • Reduce stress and tension
  • Aid Sleep

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, registered with the CNHC and am an approved Reflexology for Lymphatic Drainage practitioner. I also offer facial reflexology, functional reflex therapy (see separate pages) and reflexology with crystals
